John Deere requested an Iowa magazine ad campaign to attract and recruit the brightest minds in the heartland. To make the campaign a success required more than just a list of employment benefits; a different creative approach was needed to captivate the right audience. My solution centered around compelling visuals and eloquent writing that communicated an optimistic, data-driven world — a world that calls the audience to join it and embrace a larger sense of purpose for a greater good.
